I've provided operational oversight for departments many times the size of your rag-tag 3 employee business. I have developed and edited policies which include overlap with additional departments.
You, on the other hand, probably don't even have a proper MSDS file.
I created the concussion policy for the athletic training network I used to work for. It was a policy that impacted 14000 students athletes and 40+ athletic trainers. I will be happy to share it with you when I get back to work on Monday.
