The court did not throw out Article VI, Clause 2.

It's only a 10th Amendment case after they settle the question of the 14th.

Congress doesn't have to state abortion is a Constitutional right. And you are right on how that would be done. Also, Congress regulates a lot of shit not in the Constitution or "deeply rooted" in our history....and some of it is stuff your team wants to regulate, so they ain't throwing that baby out with the bathwater. Consider that the Court this year reemphasized that they want Congress to regulate the shit out of damn near anything, and not let agencies do the regulating.

there are a couple different avenues congress can take in order to make abortion easier, but, as kymufan indicates, the dobbs decision was based on the 10th amendment and congress would likely find itself in the same situation if they would make the attempt. that, or they could basically bribe states with "healthcare" funding that stipulates a state must make abortion legal in order to receive the funding, and then it's left up to the state to make the decision to allow abortions in order to obtain the funding or turn it down.

When I lived in WV (up until August of 2020) I never missed a home game. Maybe could count on one hand how many home games I missed for as long as I remembered until I moved away for college. Hell, my dad and I even went to many away games every year before then. Since 2020, I have made at least one game a year, and in 2020 I made two. Most of them being the away games that were closest.

I go to Ole Miss and still watch every Herd game on my phone, multiple times this year while standing in the student section for a top 25 SEC team lol.

And since you're going to ask next, "If you love Marshall why didn't you go there?" My answer would be because I do not want to raise my family in West Virginia, and there are more opportunities for what I want to do in my future elsewhere.

We brought in 40 transfers this year. How many of them do you think cared what our Thursday night attendance was? They are looking for opportunity and/or money.

In regards to the law school. Congrats, always something though. If you didnt have it, would you have been here? I would guess not.

Aaron dude, I'm in law school. Let me skip my midterm that was Friday morning to go watch a 3-3 Marshall vs a 2-4 GAST. Seems like a great use of my time!

Recruits at our level are looking at attendance. We aren't offering dudes 500k in NIL. We are recruiting different recruits.

Sheeeit, if you could buy a gas powered weed eater for $20 from a yard sale you can count on the carburetor sticking from someone running ethanol based fuel.

I bought a gently used snow blower off Craigslist that was a Snapper. It was really old and sat in storage but was from an era before Snapper being bought out and the brand cheapened. But sure enough once winter came that fvcking carb would not allow me to get it running. Started just fine when I bought it on an 80° day.

Luckily, I found a replacement carburetor on Amazon for like $30 and got it running like new.

I believe this is incorrect. Didn't the Supreme Court override Roe v. Wade on Constitutional grounds based on the 10th Amendment? This in effect made abortion a state by state matter and not a federal matter.
