I read a report today but didn't look into it much.

Is it true that cheeto has not built any new walls/barriers that hadn't already existed? In other words, has he built any new wall that wasn't simply refurbishing/rebuilding an already existing barrier? I believe both the Drudge Report and Ann Coulter have made that claims.

Has he also bombed on this yuuuuge promise of his?
