Mush Says a Minor Russian Incursion Into Ukraine is Okay

I'm curious, that in light of several police actions/wars the U.S. has been in over the 60 or so years that we've eventually asked ourselves "why were we here to begin with," the same can be asked why are we this heavily involved in the Ukraine to begin with?

We haven’t thought about foreign policy any further than “how can we funnel money into our friend/arms contractors hands” since at least WWII.

Problem you got with Ukraine is you have Poland and NATO countries sitting close by. So what do you do? Let the Russians take Ukraine and by right on their doorstep from another direction? Germany and others have a problem because of that pipeline and then Russia also now has a new ports in the Black Sea. More dominate Russia in the Black Sea and now you start dragging Tukey into it, along with others.

It could turn into a shit show depending how far they want to take it. The northern European countries are getting nervous as well. Western Urkaine is close to Slovakia, Hungary, and now you start making the Germans and Austrians more nervous.

It can be a real damn mess.
