I get where you’re coming from but do you know anyone who changed their mind on who to vote for in the last month any time recently? We’re so damn polarized that it feels like it’s more about getting your people out to vote than convincing anyone who is undecided.Time for debates, investigative reports, and analysis. New issues arise and things may look different a month before Election Day vs Election Day.
But I get it, and like I said there’s a sweet spot. Maybe that’s 2 weeks, or 3 weeks. As long as we’re reliably getting the ballot in everyone’s hands by that time that’s long enough.
