I think its great to find out what former players are doing on and off the court/field. I wonder about what guys like Sam Henry, LaVerne Evans are doing these days. Is Larry Watson still practicing medicine?
Is Jeff Montgomery involved in baseball or is he in touch with the MU baseball program at all. Interesting to hear what these guys are doing with their lives.

I know Luke Gross who played in the early 90's for Dwight Freeman. He wound up playing rugby for the US National Team in multiple World Cups, and holds the team record for most matches played. He also played professionally for some of the top clubs in the UK and Italy for many years. He came back to the US after retiring from professional rugby and has been a coach and administrator at USA Rugby. Currently he is the head coach of the Sacramento team in the new US professional league.

Given his accomplishments, I have always wondered why he has never been considered for the MU Sports Hall of Fame.
