Did you read the indictment? If you did, and what is in it is accurate, Trump should be charged and convicted. His statements and actions as detailed in the indictment differentiate his handling of those materials from what Biden or Pence did. It was much more in line with what Hillary did - who also should have been charged and convicted. Trump's DOJ could have forced the issue on Hillary. For whatever reason, they didn't.
