I think Santos should resign because it appears he has committed fraud, including having someone impersonate other congressperson’s chiefs of staff to solicit donations. And some of the more brazen campaign finance violations in living memory.
The constitution has a provision to expel a member and they should use it. If Santos were somehow elected again they should do it again.
