Yes, a "rise" which still makes it less than that on the right. As the article discusses, the left used to be more peaceful resistance. Now, they are starting to do the same as the counterparts on the right have historically done.

There was info in the DNC leaks about the left purposely inciting Trump supporters at rallies to push a narrative. So there's that.
Going into a crowd with the specific intent to incite violence in order to point to that same situation as an example of how violent Trump supporters are is bullshit.

Start with the rallies. The vast majority of those were BS stories made up and acted out by liberal activists who were paid to be there. I can show many, many more examples of Trump supporters getting assaulted at rallies than the opposite, and it's not even close.

After making that comment, Herdman asked for specific examples of the right acting violently. I gave him some examples. He then moved the goalposts by asking for specific examples of it happening right after Obama was elected. I can provide plenty of examples of that, too, but it would simply lead to Herdman moving the goalposts again or somebody (you) making a stupid, unrelated comment that the left did it more during rallies.
Please try to stay on topic. It has no relevance that you think you can find more examples of cheeto supporters being assaulted at his rallies than the other way around. That wasn't what Herdman challenged me to prove.
