Or, Biden's foreign policy was predicted to be trash, turned out to be trash, & through a combination of heinously bad policy, weak leadership, & war profiteering, he's put in a spot where members of his own party are openly questioning his decision making.

John Kerry admitted funds released back to Iran would be used for terrorism. It's not a stretch to think those funds went to funding the Houthis.

NO ONE has ever claimed that the president prepares military strategy, inbred. He is responsible and is in charge of telling the military to "GO". HE IS RESPONSIBLE.

The president is NOT responsible for military strategy. If the military offers the president a plan that doesn't work, the military is responsible for the failure. Likewise if the military offers the president a plan that does work, the military is responsible for the success. DIMWIT PUNK.

That is not exactly how it works. The executive branch sets the parameters, size, scope, rules of engagement, and has final authority. The exectutive branch approves and can chang everything. We have a civilian leadership at the top of our military, that is how America works. You are being simple minded once again.
If ther is something going on the intelligence reports go jup the chain of command(lots of layers in that). the civilian leadership gets that. Generates a response(if any). Orders plans to be drawn. Military will usually submit mulitple plans and they are tied by the parameters set forth by the civilian leadership.
Hell, the military make want to use 50 planes and send in an assault force. The civilian leadership says no you get 5 planes, remove these targets, no assault force, and you have two hours to conudct operations and then stop.
Joe Mush Biden is the at the Top of the Chain of Command. The buck stops with him. The military in most cases are hamstrung or bound by what the civilian leadership wants. For prime example, go back and study Somalia and Les Aspin under the Clinton admin. We want tanks. No tanks.

He does not set strategy. But, they sure as hell set the rules of engagement and parameters to work in and by. Look at anthing we are involved in from Vietnam to GWOT. the civilian leadership sets all those rules and policy and direction.
