LINK: Michael Cohen TikTok videos, fundraising stun legal observers: May have 'torpedoed case against Trump'

Michael Cohen, who is supposed to be a star witness in NY v. Trump, might have "torpedoed" the case before taking the stand by ranting about it on TikTok while fundraising, according to legal observers.

"It is a major problem for prosecutors. It is not a problem for Cohen’s credibility because he has none — he is a convicted perjurer and fraudster whose current ‘defense’ of his fraud convictions is that he wasn’t telling the truth when he pled guilty," former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy told Fox News Digital.

ABC News published an article Sunday declaring Cohen’s actions "could be a problem," pointing out that Cohen has chimed in on former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker's testimony, has regularly "railed against Trump," has insisted the jury isn’t "bored" and can profit when followers shower him with gifts.

TikTok allows viewers to donate "gifts" as they watch users' livestreams, which can then be converted into money or virtual items, ABC News reported, citing the social media platform's website.

"It’s a problem for prosecutors because they chose to build a case on a witness with a track record of bad conduct and deep bias and, not surprisingly, he can’t help himself but continue to act in character," McCarthy said.

Michael Avenatti, the one-time "most dangerous enemy" of Trump who liberals hoped would bring down his presidency, believes Cohen might botch the whole case.

"Michael Cohen through his narcissism and his ego may have just torpedoed the case against Trump," Avenatti told Fox News Digital from federal prison.

"Never underestimate this guy's ability to screw something up due to his ignorance and arrogance. He's dumber than a box of rocks. The state can't win the case without him and because of his conduct in reviewing trial testimony in violation of the court's order, which just admitted to when speaking with ABC, the court must strike him as a witness, declare a mistrial, or both," Avenatti continued. "He had no business commenting on other witnesses' testimony."

Avenatti said Cohen is "not even supposed to be hearing or learning of that testimony before he testifies" himself.

"Alvin Bragg and his team have a lot of explaining to do, in my view," Avenatti said.

Cornell Law School professor William A. Jacobson said Cohen’s TikTok antics add to a laundry list of pre-existing conflicts.

"Michael Cohen has many pre-existing conflicts of interest when it comes to Donald Trump, calling into question his objectivity and veracity. Profiting off the trial adds another conflict to that pile. Whether it's the straw that breaks the camel's back when it comes to the jury remains to be seen, but it certainly is fodder for cross-examination," Jacobson told Fox News Digital.

Former Georgia prosecutor Chris Timmons said he would be "furious" with Cohen.

"As a prosecutor, the last thing you want your witness to do is to be talking about the case in a forum other than the courtroom," Timmons told ABC News.

Defense attorney Jeremy Saland, who used to work in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, told ABC News that Trump’s legal team can use Cohen’s actions to "tear down his credibility."

"If I'm the prosecution, I'm on the phone right now saying, 'Stop what you are doing — right now,'" Saland told ABC News.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for contact.

Cohen told the Disney-owned outlet he would knock it off.

"I am not the defendant in this criminal matter and am not the subject of Judge Merchan's gag order. Donald is. Nevertheless, I elected, out of respect to the court and the prosecutors, to cease commenting on Trump and this matter; which I have done," Cohen told ABC News.

ABC News noted that Cohen "fired up his TikTok account, went live with thousands of viewers, and briefly talked about Trump and the trial" shortly after saying he wouldn’t discuss it.

Cohen slammed ABC News on X, labeling the report a "non-story" and calling for executives to step in. "BoycottABC," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Judge Juan Merchan fined Trump $9,000 on Tuesday morning for violating a gag order that bans him from speaking publicly about witnesses and family members of court officials.

Fox News contributor and constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley said the judge preventing Trump from responding to Cohen's comments through the gag order is "absurd," and he doesn’t believe Cohen is a trustworthy witness.

"You have someone who is making money, campaigning against Trump and attacking him on this trial, and the judge is letting him speak but not for the president to respond," Turley said Tuesday on "America’s Newsroom."

"This is an individual that was just recently hit by a judge saying that he is a serial perjurer, that he is gaming the system. This has been the long story of Michael Cohen, which is a story of a legal trainwreck," Turley continued. "I was a critic of his when he was still representing Trump. And his practice has always been thuggish, and he has often had a serious problem with telling the truth … how could you put that individual on the stand and take the oath is going to be really something to watch. If lightning doesn’t strike the courthouse, I will be very surprised."

Cohen's attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

In Trump trial, Manhattan DA Bragg's hocus-pocus case exposed on first day

Witch hunt

LINK: Like a skilled magician, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg hopes his pretense and bag of legal tricks will fool jurors in the Trump hush money trial

Hocus-pocus is a meaningless distraction or illusion that is intended to fool. That neatly summarizes District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against Donald Trump. The DA hopes to snooker a Manhattan jury into convicting the former president with a bag of legal tricks.

In most courtrooms, the chicanery would never work. But in this Trump-hating venue the defendant’s jury of purported peers are likely predisposed to accept magic for magic’s sake. They may want to believe there’s no white rabbit behind Bragg’s back, despite the pink ears peaking around his coat.

The first sleight of hand happened the moment the lead prosecutor addressed jurors during opening statements on Monday. Assistant DA Matthew Colangelo (formerly Pedo-Joe’s number three official at the Justice Department) told the panel, "This case is about a criminal conspiracy." Really?

Why, then, is Trump not charged with that? Even though Colangelo repeatedly accused the defendant of participating in a criminal conspiracy, the word "conspiracy" can be found nowhere in Bragg’s indictment. It’s not there because there was no criminal conspiracy. But that didn’t stop the prosecutor from deceiving the jury by arguing about an uncharged crime. Like a skilled magician, he hopes his pretense will fool them.

Not content with one canard, Colangelo slipped another one from his sleeve. More than once, he accused Trump of "election fraud," conveniently ignoring the fact that the Federal Election Commission examined Trump’s payments to porn star Stormy Daniels and determined there was no fraud because the money conferred did not qualify as a campaign donation. Federal prosecutors who investigated reached the same conclusion. So did Bragg’s predecessor. There was no crime.

Undeterred, Colangelo used pejorative terms to portray the Daniels cash as a nefarious scheme without bothering to mention that such non-disclosure agreements are perfectly legal and routine. Also, lawful and quite common was the alleged "catch and kill" device used by the tabloid, National Enquirer. On Trump’s behalf, it bought the rights to Daniels’ story about her supposed relationship with him but declined to publish it. Contractually, it had every right to do that.

None of this stopped the prosecutor from informing the jury that all of this constitutes "an illegal conspiracy to undermine a presidential election." Like most illusions, it seems plausible on the surface. But wait. Let’s check the indictment again. Every single one of the 34 charges against Trump took place in 2017. You’ll note that this is after the 2016 election. It’s quite the magic trick to have committed crimes before they allegedly occurred.

Colangelo must be new to politics or a neophyte reader of history. He’s under the mistaken impression that campaigns never try to bury negative stories or promote positive ones. In truth, it’s been going on for more than two centuries. This prompted the defense in its opening statement to warn the jury, "I have a spoiler alert, there is nothing wrong with trying to influence an election; it’s called democracy." Trump attorney Todd Blanche then added, "They put something sinister on it."

Blanche offered a full-throated defense of his famous client when he declared to the jury, "President Trump is innocent." He described how Trump had nothing to do with the bookkeeping or the 34 invoices reflecting the same number of charged counts. He assigned his lawyer at the time, Michael Cohen, to resolve the demands for money, which he did. Cohen booked the cost as legal services and expenses, which they were.

Why did Trump capitulate to what smacks of blackmail or extortion? Blanche offered this explanation: "Stormy was an attempt to try to embarrass Trump with all sorts of allegations damaging to him and damaging to his family. Trump fought back to protect his family, reputation, and brand…and that is not a crime." Indeed, it is not.

The defense contends that no crimes were committed at all, that Trump was targeted because he’s running for president, and that unscrupulous prosecutors motivated by politics built their case on clever deceptions, an abuse of the law, and liars who cannot be trusted. While much of this should be self-evident, Bragg is committed to employing a hocus-pocus strategy to fool the jury.

Through his minion, Colangelo, the lefty DA accuses Trump of "conspiring to influence the 2016 presidential election" without recognizing the obvious hypocrisy. It is Bragg, himself, who is guilty of election interference in 2024 by bringing a legally absurd case designed to take Trump off the campaign trail while his opponent, Pedo-Joe, freely blankets key states in advance of the November balloting.

It’s a neat trick called "lawfare" —weaponizing the law to persecute a political enemy under the guise of a legitimate prosecution. It doesn’t matter that any conviction will surely be overturned on appeal. By then, the damage will be done.

For now, we are left to watch and wait, wondering whether Manhattan jurors will fall for the legal illusions and distractions conjured up by an unprincipled trickster called Alvin Bragg.

Sanctuary city police arrest over 1K migrants from this country as residents rage against Dem leaders

Democrat policies working for you! They are whining and bitching about what they voted for. Wake up and vote differently or stop complaining. I don't feel a bit sorry for them,

Another example of Democrats throwing money at the problem, thinking it will solve it. STOP LETTING FOREIGN NATIONALS COME TO OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY. Their should be ZERO federal funds to help states and/or cities facilitate sanctuary for ILLEGAL foreign nationals. What's the difference between providing sancturary for illegal foreign criminals and harboring a fugitive? It's very simple to understand what Democrats are doing. Illegal foreign nationals will vote for them and/or tip the electorates in their favor.

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are ABSOLUTELY destroying our country

LINK: Residents have protested additional funding for the care of migrants

A Democrat-run city's police have reportedly made more than 1,000 arrests of Venezuelan nationals in the first three months of 2024 amid a massive outrage over additional money to feed and shelter migrants.

There were 609 arrests for driving/traffic offenses, nine violent felonies, 75 violent misdemeanors and 313 other offenses listed as non-violent, with nine others listed as unknown or not listed, according to analysis of Chicago crime and arrest data by The Chicago Tribune.

The data is limited to adults arrested by Chicago police and does not include juveniles or anyone arrested by another agency. The arrest data also does not say when those Venezuelan nationals arrived or their immigration status. The Tribune found that Venezuelans are less likely to be accused of violent crimes, including homicides.

The report comes as there are continued signs of agitation and anger at the migrant influx and the response by local government officials to it.

The Chicago City Council recently voted 30-18 to approve a request made by Mayor Brandon Johnson for an additional $70 million in order to help deal with the ongoing migrant crisis. That money is on top of a $150 million assigned to migrant care in the budget already. According to Johnson’s office, the city has at its peak been dealing with more than 2,000 migrants coming in a week. Nearly 40,000 have arrived since August 2022.

Mayor Johnson’s office said the funding request was to ensure the city is prepared "should there be any sudden increases in new arrivals sent by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott." The city aims to provide "basic necessities" including food, shelter, medical care, education, vaccines, case management and resettlement support.

Abbott has bussed migrants to multiple "sanctuary" cities that do not cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, saying that they should bear the brunt of a national migrant crisis he believes they have encouraged with their policies.

The U.S. has been in the grips of a migrant crisis now into its fourth year. Last fiscal year, there were more than 2.4 million migrant encounters at the southern border. The knock-on effects in cities across the country are having significant political implications.

In Chicago, the council meeting to approve the extra funding was accompanied by significant backlash by residents who say the money should be being spent on the community itself rather than migrants.

"The main objection is that there seems to be no end in sight," activist P Rae Easley told Fox News Digital in an interview last week. "Every three or four months, there seems to be some new vote for a massive amount of taxpayer funds to be allocated to the illegals, and we have to put a stop to it, or it's going to bankrupt our city."

'Pedo-Joe has failed': Dems sound off after handling of border crisis fractures their own party

Worst president ever...

LINK: Democrats are pointing their fingers at Pedo-Joe for "the worst border security crisis in the nation’s history," teaming up with Republicans in the latest bipartisan effort to combat the ongoing migrant crisis.

Thirteen House Democrats joined Republicans in voting for H. RES. 1112, a resolution "denouncing the pedo administration’s immigration policies" and calling for stronger border security measures. Several of the Democrats shared with Fox News Digital the reasoning behind their decision to call out the administration's handling of the crisis.

"Pedo-Joe has failed to end the crisis at our southern border, so I voted for H.R. 3602 to do what he won’t: secure our border and stop the violent drug cartels pumping fentanyl into our country," Rep. Maria Gluesenkamp Perez, D-Wa., one of the Democrats who voted in favor of the resolution, told Fox News Digital.

The resolution states that "Pedo-Joe and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Moronkas have created the worst border security crisis in the Nation’s history."

Gluesenkamp Perez added that Pedo-Joe should reinstate "Remain in Mexico," a policy that requires migrants seeking asylum in America to wait in Mexico while their application is waiting approval.

"We don’t need more political grandstanding," Gluesenkamp Perez said. "The pedo administration needs to do its job, and Congress needs to pass border security legislation that reflects our values and keeps us safe."

Another Democrat backing the GOP-led resolution, Rep. Eric Sorensen, D-Ill., agreed that "securing our border and addressing immigration challenges is a priority for me as well as for my constituents in Central and Northwestern Illinois" and that "we need to be doing a lot more to fix our broken immigration system, which is why I went to the southern border to see firsthand the work we have in front of us."

Rep. Angie Craig, D-Minn., said there is a "political wedge" on the issue that needs to be put to an end.

"I agree with Republicans that we have a national security issue at the border – but we have to stop using the border as a political wedge issue and work together to address it," Craig told Fox in a statement. "It’s time for the House of Representatives to debate the Bipartisan Border Agreement put forth by the Senate earlier this year."

A spokesperson for Rep. Jared Golden, D-Maine, told Fox News Digital that the congressman is concerned about "deadly" fentanyl being brought across the southern border and making its way to his district in Maine.

"Congressman Golden believes that border security is national security. He is a member of the Bipartisan Drug Cartel Task Force and is concerned about the flow of deadly fentanyl across the border and into American communities, including in Maine. He has consistently called on Congress and the pedo administration to meaningfully address the crisis at the border," Goldman's team told Fox in a statement, adding that "the Congressman will continue pushing the administration to act."

The White House did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment at the time of this publication.

The Democrats who signed onto the resolution include Reps. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, D-Wa., Jared Golden, D-Maine, Angie Craig, D-Minn., Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, Mary Peltola, D-Alaska, Yadira Caraveo, D-Colo., Nikki Budzinski, D-Ill., Sharice Davids, D-Kan., Don Davis, D-N.C., Josh Harder D- Calif., Steven Horsford, D-Nev., Eric Sorensen, D-Ill., and Susie Lee, D-Nev.

The pedo administration has said that it is dealing with a hemisphere-wide crisis that needs additional funding and fundamental reforms by Congress to what it says is a "broken" immigration system. It claims to have combined consequences for illegal entry with broader pathways for legal migration and that those policies have shown results.

The pedo administration has rejected claims by Republicans that it has pushed "open border" policies and has pointed to over 500,000 removals or returns since last May. Pedo-Joe, as well as other administration officials, have called for the passage of a bipartisan Senate package unveiled earlier this year.

Pedo-Joe has accused Republicans of making the crisis worse by refusing to pass a bipartisan Senate border package, which combines additional funding with a mechanism to limit entries when a certain number of encounters has been reached. Conservatives have said that package would not fix the crisis, and have urged instead the passage of a House GOP bill that passed the chamber last year."

"The U.S. Senate need to reconsider this bill and those senators who oppose it need to set politics aside and pass it on the merits, not on whether it's going to benefit one party or another party," Pedo-Joe said in February.

Comer uncovers pattern in Biden Crime family business probe: 'Very concerning': More "zero evidence," piling up.

Compromising America. Steal, do dumb shit all you want. I don't care.... Compromising America's security? Catering to our adversaries? That dumb shit has to stop.

LINK: James Comer told FOX Business' Maria Bartiromo the Biden Crime family owned an 'influence-peddling scheme'

The investigation into the Biden Crime Family's businesses is heating up in the House as Republicans continue to dig into the family’s "very concerning" patterns.

Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., chairman of the House Oversight Committee that’s spearheading the investigation into the first family, revealed the findings that are surfacing in the probe, during his appearance on "Mornings with Maria" Tuesday.

"I think we’ve established a pattern, a pattern that Pedo-Joe did communicate with every single person that wired his family millions of dollars. We’ve uncovered a pattern that they were selling the brand," Comer said.

"There’s no buying businesses when the media says Coker Biden and Jim Biden owned an energy company, they didn’t own an energy company. They owned an influence-peddling scheme. That’s all this is," he declared.

On Friday, Pedo-Joe announced that the U.S. will impose more than 500 new sanctions on Russia as a result of Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. However, it has since been revealed that two Russian oligarchs linked to Coker Biden were spared in the president’s decision, Yelena Baturina and Vladimir Yevtushenkov.

In August, the committee provided screenshots of bank records they say demonstrate that Baturina, the widow of former Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov, wired $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on Feb. 14, 2014. Coker Biden's longtime business partner Devon Archer confirmed the payment during his interview.

"That sanctions looks like a policy decision that Pedo-Joe made in return for millions of dollars that his family received from an adversary," Comer said.

The Kentucky GOP rep. continued, calling the act "very concerning" as he highlighted the "firm evidence that the Biden Crime Family took millions of dollars from a shady character in Russia" and as a result, failed to put sanctions on "this particular Russian oligarch."

Comer argued that the Biden Crime Family have "failed to say one single thing they did to receive that money" as the committee continues to find "new accounts from Pedo-Joe every day."

"At the end of the day, we know the Biden Crime Family have taken, you know, over $20 million from our adversaries around the world," he stressed.

The House Oversight leader continued to analyze the investigation’s findings further, suggesting that the Biden Crime Family was "getting paid to help China," the country’s greatest adversary.

"I’ve never seen such hypocrisy on anything in politics," Comer claimed.

"What the Biden Crime Family are trying to say to please their left wing liberal base and what they were trying to do in the private sector to profit from the Chinese Communist Party is daylight and dark," he stressed.

One of the things Americans "need to understand" about the deal with China, Comer added, was that China was "going to pay the Biden Crime Family."

"They paid Coker Biden millions of dollars. They were expecting Pedo-Joe to be a 10% owner, was to implement the Belt and Road Initiative in the United States, take over American energy, take over American manufacturing, buy American farmland," he said. "That's what we are trying to get China not to do in the United States."

As the committee continues to unravel the web of the Biden Crime Family’s past business deals, Comer said the intelligence community has been a major and consistent "player in the cover-up of the Biden Crime Family crimes."

The Kentucky GOP rep. voiced his frustration over the accountability the Biden Crime Family seem to evade, telling Bartiromo that he has "zero confidence" in the country’s intelligence community.

"What we found in this investigation over the past seven or eight years, the Biden Crime Family has been investigated by the FBI, the DOJ, the IRS, the Securities and Exchange Commission. The list goes on and on of government agencies that have investigated this family for fraud, for financial crimes," he said.

"All I’m trying to do is get the truth to the American people," he said.

"I think the American people deserve the truth, and they haven’t been given the truth by the mainstream media or by our government agencies."

California minimum wage shocks fast food workers as restaurant closes: 'Only the beginning,' ex-manager warns

Oh, those lovely Democrat policies working out great for California. It was mentioned on this board how two people working for $20 an hour minimum wage can make a living in California.

I guess it was forgotten that these new minimum wages will impact businesses and not in a good way.

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

The Foster's Freeze team in Lemoore, California, felt "shock" as they learned of the restaurant's last-minute closure, Monday, following the state's $20 minimum wage law.

Another California small business and its workers have seemingly suffered at the hands of the state’s newly enacted $20 minimum wage.

"It's a shock," Monica Navarro, former assistant general manager at Foster’s Freeze in Lemoore, said on "The Bottom Line" Wednesday.

"It would have been nice to have a notice so we could go get some applications [out], I could prepare them," she continued. "The best I can do is honestly give them some references."

When making their way to work Monday morning, Navarro and her team learned upon arrival that the restaurant owner had made the decision to close its doors for good. The owner, Loren Wright, told local Fox affiliate KMPH that this was the "last thing" they wanted to do, but knew by Friday night the business likely wouldn’t be able to absorb the wage hike and didn’t "want to ruin their Easter Sunday."

The new California statewide legislation went into effect Monday and enforces a $20 minimum wage for restaurants that have at least 60 locations nationwide, except those that make and sell their own bread.

"Two of my coworkers were actually going in to clock-in for the morning. And right after that, that's when I got a phone call that we were closing. So they found out right as they were about to clock-in for the day," Navarro recalled.

"We had gotten a text in the group chat that we were shutting down, and I completely thought it was an April Fool's joke," one of Navarro’s colleagues also told KMPH.

After speaking further with management and Foster’s Freeze’s owner, Navarro learned that the minimum wage law was the primary factor in the restaurant’s demise.

"He did blame it on the minimum wage increase. Although, from my understanding, I think we were exempt from it because of the amount of locations that he personally owns. But, he did ultimately blame it on that increase," she said.

"I can see their intentions with increasing the minimum wage, thinking that it will attract more people," the ex-manager added, "but I honestly don't think it will work. This is not the first business that's closing. There's already a few local businesses for me that are closing, so I feel like this is just only the beginning."

That infrastucture deal, Pedo-Joe and his bleaters brag about?

Just more lies from the left....They tell us, "This is how we're going to spend YOUR money, but really they are spending it to push an agenda.....and the bleaters bleat. This is what happens when you hire based on sexual preference, gender and race, like Pedo-Joe does. It's against the law for us mere mortals, but perfectly legit for the bleaters' messiah. On a side note, I wonder how the Democrat policy of decriminalizing Heroin and Cocaine in Seattle is working out?

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country.

LINK: Billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars meant for infrastructure projects are tied to woke initiatives

An internal memorandum circulated among lawmakers by Senate Commerce Committee Republicans highlights how the Biden administration is tying billions of dollars in taxpayer funds to "woke initiatives."

The memo, first obtained by Fox News Digital, was sent late Monday evening and spearheaded by Commerce Committee Ranking Member Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who is planning to author legislation that would prohibit the Department of Transportation (DOT) from tying federal funds to left-wing priorities. It particularly targets DOT's management of three grant programs that serve as key vehicles to fund various types of surface transportation projects nationwide.

"Billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars meant for infrastructure projects are tied to woke initiatives that are more focused on dismantling America’s infrastructure in the name of ‘equity’ and ‘climate change’ than building roads, bridges, and highways to connect the country," the memo states.

"Congress must not allow the Department of Transportation to push the absurd concept of ‘racist roads’ to prevent Americans from getting much-needed improvements to their highways," it continued. "The funding notices issued by DOT should focus on the law as written, not woke priorities."

In June, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg announced that his agency had started accepting applications for the National Infrastructure Project Assistance, Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA), and Rural Surface Transportation Grant programs. The three programs received a collective $5.6 billion boost, most of which supports INFRA, under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021.

Buttigieg said the grants eventually awarded under the programs would support "transformational infrastructure projects across the nation." But the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) the DOT issued as part of its grant awarding process states recipients must broadly address equity and climate concerns.

"Projects that have not sufficiently considered equity and barriers to opportunity in their planning, as determined by the Department, will be required to do so before receiving funds for construction," the DOT's NOFO states.

"Projects that have not sufficiently considered climate change and environmental justice in their planning, as determined by the Department, will be required to do so before receiving funds for construction," the document adds.

The two funding conditions cite Pedo-Joe's day-one executive order titled "Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government."

Following Buttigieg's announcement, Cruz wrote in July to the Government Accountability Office, asking for confirmation that the NOFO is a rule and, therefore, is subject to Congressional Review Act (CRA), a law dating back nearly three decades that allows Congress to revoke federal regulations. The federal watchdog responded last month, saying it was, in fact, subject to the law.

According to the memo circulated Monday, Cruz will soon introduce a CRA resolution "challenging ‘woke’ anti-highway policy in DOT grants." The resolution would additionally target other DOT policies such as framing road building as increasing "automobile dependence," and condemning highway expansion projects that don't involve electric vehicle charging stations or bike lanes.

"Taken together, these additions, which severely deviate from the criteria in law, will favor states seeking to expand mass transit and bike paths over states wanting to build roads. The added requirements on grant agreements, which are necessary for money to be paid after awards are announced, are particularly pernicious," the memo adds.

"The DOT funding notice guarantees that applicants will not get construction funds unless they embrace the administration’s extreme views on climate and equity," it states, calling for Congress to support Cruz's forthcoming resolution that opposes the pedo administration's "anti-highway agenda."

For years, left-wing groups like the American Civil Liberties Union and activists have argued U.S. cities historically used highway infrastructure to further racist discrimination. Buttigieg has sought to reverse past racist policies that led to certain infrastructure decisions.

"There is racism physically built into some of our highways, and that’s why the jobs plan has specifically committed to reconnect some of the communities that were divided by these dollars," Buttigieg said in an interview with theGrio in 2021.

In June 2022, Buttigieg launched the $1 billion Reconnecting Communities program that aims to reverse infrastructure policies that divide communities and disconnect certain neighborhoods from economic opportunities.

"Transportation can connect us to jobs, services and loved ones, but we‘ve also seen countless cases around the country where a piece of infrastructure cuts off a neighborhood or a community because of how it was built," Buttigieg said at the time.

"But we can't ignore the basic truth that some of the planners and politicians behind those projects built them directly through the heart of vibrant, populated, communities — sometimes in an effort to reinforce segregation," he said. "Sometimes because the people there had less power to resist. And sometimes as part of a direct effort to replace or eliminate Black neighborhoods."

The DOT didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.

More "zero evidence" piling up. I think they're running out of room....

Pedo-Joe was in direct contact with Coker’s business partners using email alias as VP

As vice president, Pedo-Joe used email aliases and private email addresses to communicate with son Coker Biden and Coker's business associates hundreds of times, new records released by the House Ways & Means Committee revealed.

The committee obtained metadata from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler that reveals Pedo-Joe used alias email accounts 327 times during a nine-year period — 2010 to 2019 — to correspond with his son, Coker, and one of Coker's key business associates, Eric Schwerin, among others.

The majority of the email traffic took place while Pedo-Joe was vice president.

The committee says 54 of the emails were "exclusively" between Pedo-Joe and Schwerin, who the committee describes as "the architect of the Biden Crime Family’s shell companies."

The email aliases used were "robinware456," "JRBware" and "RobertLPeters."

Earlier this year, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., revealed the existence of Pedo-Joe's email aliases.

After Comer's release of those aliases, Fox News Digital learned the whistleblowers, who are still employed as IRS investigators, ran a search for the Pedo-Joe email aliases in email exchanges with Coker Biden and Eric Schwerin. That search led to the revelation of the 327 exchanges.

A source told Fox News Digital the whistleblowers could only access metadata for these exchanges. The source said accessing the content of the emails would require a search warrant.

The whistleblowers turned over the results of the search to the committee after a closed-door meeting Tuesday, and the committee released the information Tuesday.

The data shows direct emails between Schwerin and Vice President Pedo-Joe increased during times when the vice president traveled to Ukraine.

The committee said the data shows Pedo-Joe and Schwerin exchanged five emails in June 2014 before the vice president’s trip to Ukraine that month.

After that trip and before Pedo-Joe’s November 2014 trip back to Ukraine, he and Schwerin emailed 27 times.

Coker Biden joined the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings in April 2014.

Pedo-Joe has acknowledged that when he was vice president he successfully pressured Ukraine to fire Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin. At the time, Shokin was investigating Burisma Holdings during the same period Coker Biden held a highly lucrative role on the board, receiving thousands of dollars per month.

At the time, the vice president threatened to withhold $1 billion of critical U.S. aid if Shokin was not fired.

Pedo-Joe allies maintain the vice president pushed for Shokin's firing due to concerns the Ukrainian prosecutor went easy on corruption and say his firing was the policy position of the U.S. and international community.

"Vice President Pedo-Joe appears to have treated Air Force Two like a corporate jet, traveling to Ukraine and Mexico to advance Coker Biden’s business interests," Ways & Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith said. "Evidence from today’s documents show right around the time of international trips like those to Ukraine, Pedo-Joe was emailing his son and his son’s business partner from private email accounts using aliases while vice president."

Smith, R-Mo., is leading the impeachment inquiry against Pedo-Joe alongside House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky.

The chairmen are investigating any foreign money received by the Biden Crime Family, whether Pedo-Joe was involved in his family’s foreign business dealings and steps allegedly taken by the pedo administration to "slow, hamper, or otherwise impede the criminal investigation into the President’s son, Coker Biden, which involves funds received by the Biden Crime Family from foreign sources."

The White House has blasted the House impeachment inquiry against the president as baseless, maintaining the president was never in business with his son and never spoke to his son about his business dealings.

The Justice Department and individual DOJ officials have denied whistleblower allegations that suggest politics played a role in prosecutorial decisions throughout the Coker Biden probe.

Coker Biden has been subpoenaed by the House Oversight Committee and is expected to appear for a deposition Dec. 13. House Republicans have promised to release the transcript of Coker Biden's deposition and have vowed to schedule a public hearing so the president's son can testify publicly before the American people as his attorney requested.

Dem-appointed Colorado justice says Trump ballot ban undermines 'bedrock' of America in fiery dissent...

What more do Democrats need to do to prove they are anti-America? They've made it no secret that they would do ANYTHING to oust Trump since the day he won the election, in 2016. It's been no-stop. There was no due process in this decision (anti-Constitution) but bleaters like @extragreen couldn't care less. This is from a Democrat-appointed judge too.

LINK: All 3 dissenting justices in the Colorado court's decision were Democrat appointees

The Colorado Supreme Court's decision to ban former President Trump from the state's primary ballot undermines a "bedrock principle" of American democracy, one of the court's Democrat-appointed justices wrote in a fiery dissent.

Justices Carlos Samour, Maria Berkenkotter and Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright all dissented, but Samour was particularly critical of the 4-3 ruling. Samour and Boatright were each appointed by Democratic former Gov. John Hickenlooper, while Berkenkotter was appointed by current Gov. Jared Polis, also a Democrat.

"The decision to bar former President Donald J. Trump — by all accounts the current leading Republican presidential candidate (and reportedly the current leading overall presidential candidate) — from Colorado's presidential primary ballot flies in the face of the due process doctrine," Samour wrote.

"Even if we are convinced that a candidate committed horrible acts in the past — dare I say, engaged in insurrection — there must be procedural due process before we can declare that individual disqualified from holding public office," he wrote.

Samour went on to argue that allowing states to decide individually whether to allow Trump's candidacy "risked chaos in the country." The justice conjured visions of state governments divided on the legitimacy of a victorious presidential candidate.

"This can't possibly be the outcome the framers intended," Samour argued.

Trump's campaign has already vowed to "swiftly" appeal the court's decision to the U.S. Supreme Court, where observers largely believe it will be overturned. Multiple other state supreme courts have dismissed similar efforts to remove Trump from the ballot, including in blue states like Minnesota.

"The Colorado Supreme Court issued a completely flawed decision tonight and we will swiftly file an appeal to the United States Supreme Court and a concurrent request for a stay of this deeply undemocratic decision. We have full confidence that the U.S. Supreme Court will quickly rule in our favor and finally put an end to these unAmerican lawsuits," Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

Nevertheless, the majority in Colorado's decision argued they did not "reach these conclusions lightly."

"We are mindful of the magnitude and weight of the questions now before us. We are likewise mindful of our solemn duty to apply the law, without fear or favor, and without being swayed by public reaction to the decisions that the law mandates we reach," they wrote.

"President Trump did not merely incite the insurrection," the majority opinion continued. "Even when the siege on the Capitol was fully underway, he continued to support it by repeatedly demanding that Vice President Pence refuse to perform his constitutional duty and by calling Senators to persuade them to stop the counting of electoral votes."

WaPo slaps Pedo-Joe WH with 'three Pinocchios,' knocks 'spin' that House GOP voted to cut Border Patrol agents

Pedo-Joe lied? I'll be damned.

LINK: 'It’s a classic Washington game to misleadingly cite a lawmaker’s past votes... But the White House is going too far here,' The Post says

The Washington Post slapped the Pedo White House with three "Pinocchios" over claims it had made about GOP lawmakers bearing some responsibility over the migrant crisis at the border, chalking it up as "spin."

On Friday, the Post's chief fact-checker Glenn Kessler took White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and deputy press secretary Andrew Bates to task over their repeated assertions that House Republicans voted last May to "eliminate 2,000 Border Patrol agents" as the country continues seeing a record number of border crossings.

"But there is a big problem with this number," Kessler wrote. "It’s not based on an actual vote on the Homeland Security budget. Instead, it’s a White House estimate on the impact of a bill the House passed in 2023 as an opening bid in budget talks with the Pedo administration. When it came to an actual vote for border security, the House in September passed an appropriations bill that funded an additional 1,795 Border Patrol agents. That was four times the increase (350 agents) that Pedo-Joe had requested in his own 2024 budget proposal."

Kessler explained that the bill in question was the Limit, Save, Grow Act, which he described as "vague" legislation from House Republicans on what specifically would be cut from the spending bill and that pedo officials "saw the House bill’s vagueness as an opportunity to go on the attack."

"With defense off the table, Republicans essentially would have needed to double the cuts in nondefense discretionary spending to achieve the $1.5 trillion annual spending target," Kessler told readers. "The White House assumed that required a 22 percent reduction in spending across all other agencies, such as Homeland Security. As a result, the pedo administration calculated, the size of the Border Patrol would need to be slashed by 2,000 through layoffs, attrition and furloughs to meet the 22 percent target. If Republicans wanted to spare Border Patrol as they did the military, then the cuts would increase elsewhere in the government."

Regarding the "Pinocchio Test," Kessler called the pedo administration's narrative a "classic Washington game to misleadingly cite a lawmaker’s past votes... But the White House is going too far here."

"By harking back to last May’s vote that promised spending cuts with no specifics, the White House is ignoring a deal cut by the president and then a vote for an actual spending bill," Kessler said. "White House officials suggest the original bill still represents House Republican aspirations…. Past votes can certainly be fair game and White House officials generally are careful to note they are referring to a vote that took place last May. But such nuances may be lost on Americans not conversant with the federal budget. House Republicans once may have backed a tough budget plan but they never cast a vote that specified they would cut 2,000 Border Patrol agents; instead, they have voted to increase the total by nearly 2,000. That’s spin worthy of Three Pinocchios."

The White House doubled down on its claims to Fox News Digital.

"As Speaker Johnson wrote after voting for the ‘Limit, Save, Grow Act,’ ‘House Republicans just passed a bill to… usher in the largest spending cuts in American history,'" Bates told Fox News Digital. "Those cuts would have cost over 2,000 Border Patrol agents their jobs and undermined our ability to combat fentanyl trafficking. Far from retracting their support for the ‘Limit, Save, Grow Act,’ House Republicans still tout that vote as representative of their agenda and principles. The House GOP have also introduced even more legislation that would eliminate Border Patrol agents, including in September."

Bates continued: "House Republicans continue to block the additional border security funding that Pedo-Joe has stressed the urgency of since August – the same month that a number of their colleagues proposed defunding the entire Department of Homeland Security. If they would like to now disown the ‘Limit, Save, Grow Act’ today, we’ll be the first to congratulate them on their reversal."

If this doesn't make you sick, then you need to question your loyalty to America...

LINK: GOP senator fumes over pedo admin providing veteran medical resources to illegal foreign nationals

Pedo-Joe is facing increased scrutiny over his administration providing health care administrative services to illegal foreign nationals amid a worsening border crisis, potentially exacerbating long wait times for American veterans utilizing Department of Veterans' Affairs (VA) facilities.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., touted his recently introduced No VA Resources for Illegal Aliens Act, which he introduced alongside Rep. Mike Bost, R-Ill., that would ban such action, one of the many problems he says are facing the country as a result of the border "disaster" taking place under Pedo-Joe's watch.

"Pedo-Joe's decided, OK, we've got to feed all these 10 million people we've let come across the border, we've got to house them, and we've got to give them health care," Tuberville said. "They've opened up care from the doctors in these VA community care systems. The lines now in the VA's are getting longer. Our funds that are supposed to go to the veterans are going to these illegal immigrants that are coming across."

Tuberville lamented that the VA was already not able to provide care for all 19 million veterans living across the country and that the community systems he mentioned had helped reduce wait times until the border crisis began to get worse.

The arrangement between the VA's Financial Service Center (VA-FSC) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to process claims for migrant medical care is a longstanding one that actually predates the pedo administration and was outlined in a 2020 memo during former President Trump's administration.

When an illegal migrant under ICE detention requires health care, they are typically treated onsite by medical professionals. However, if specialist or emergency care is required, they may be taken to an independent private provider.

In such cases, ICE contracts with the VA’s Financial Service Center (VA-FSC) to process reimbursements to those providers. According to a report from July, ICE has hundreds of letters of understanding in which ICE’s Health Service Corps (IHSC) will reimburse providers at Medicare rates. That uses the VA-FSC’s Healthcare Claims Processing System, which a portal that allows providers to submit and view claims and access other resources.

The VA told Fox News Digital in December that it has had an interagency agreement with the IHSC since 2002 to provide processing, but it also noted that the department neither provides health care nor pays for it. Under the agreement with IHSC, ICE pays fees for the claims processing services rendered and covers disbursements made to pay for claims.

However, the crisis at the border, with record numbers of migrants crossing into the U.S. and needing medical care, has likely worsened what one former veterans' affairs adviser told Fox News Digital in December was a "history of a backlog of medical claims which has resulted in veterans getting bills they shouldn't be getting, and … having dissatisfied community care providers who are not getting paid in a timely manner."

Tuberville expressed hope that the bill could get some bipartisan support, considering the election year and that a number of Democrats up for reelection are running close races.

"I think we've got a great opportunity to get this, maybe not to a vote, but at least where we discuss it on the floor, where the American people start to understand it," he said. "An election year is a great year to try to get some kind of bipartisan help on any type of bill, especially when it comes to the veterans. That means so much to us here in our country."

Tuberville went on to blast the pedo administration's selling of border wall materials purchased under the previous administration rather than using them as a barrier to deter border crossings, and he blasted Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who narrowly survived an impeachment vote last week, as a "globalist" who has no interest in walls or borders.

"If we don't get a guy like President Trump in office, heaven help us. I don't know what we're going to do," he added.

A White House official told Fox News Digital after publication that Sen. Tuberville's comments were "completely false."

HIGH RISK STRATEGY: Pedo-Joe hands China big win with military deal, experts say: 'Incredibly poor decision'

Um....Every decision he makes seems to be incredibly poor. Pedo-Joe is on China's payroll.

This wouldn't have happened under Trump

LINK: Pedo-Joe is set to strike a deal with China that would limit the use of artifical intelligence in nuclear weapons.

Pedo-Joe is to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in San Francisco, where the two leaders are expected to also sign an agreement to limit AI's use in military applications, according to a report from Business Insider.

According to the report, Pedo-Joe and Xi will agree to limit AI use in the systems that control and deploy nuclear weapons as well as the technology's use in autonomous weapon systems such as drones.

The deal comes as the two countries have frequently found themselves at odds, with tensions continuing to flare over issues that include China's spying activities in the U.S. and its continued military buildup in the South China Sea. But the deal comes at the same time as many have warned about the growing implications of allowing unfettered AI use in combat, a new reality that has led to growing ethical concerns.

Phil Siegel, the founder of the Center for Advanced Preparedness and Threat Response Simulation (CAPTRS), told Fox News Digital that such an agreement is "necessary," though he argued that other major powers such as Russia should be involved in the pact as well.

"I predict they will make a deal on AI-driven autonomous weapons on the battlefield should only be for reconnaissance and not fighting; otherwise, the world will become a very dangerous place," Siegel said. "I think there is more to come, and it is necessary to keep us from devolving to continual war."

"This is an incredibly poor decision," Alexander told Fox News Digital. "To begin with, China lags behind the U.S. in AI capabilities; so the pedo administration just ceded a strategic advantage. Additionally, AI helps reduce stress to improve decision-making, which is crucial in preventing a poor decision to release nuclear weapons."

Both China and the U.S. have raced to integrate the use of AI into the military as the technology continues to rapidly advance, paving the way for applications that would be useful in combat. But both countries have also seemingly realized the danger in allowing AI's unfettered use, with the two sides both being party to an agreement earlier this year that endorsed the responsible use of AI in the military.

But Samuel Mangold-Lenett, a staff editor at The Federalist, questioned whether China could be depended upon to honor such an agreement, pointing to the country's lack of adherence to the Paris Climate Agreement.

"It is foolish to believe China will honor any agreement limiting the use of AI in nuclear weapons. Look at the Paris Climate Agreement: despite agreeing to reduce carbon emissions, China continued to be one of the world's worst polluters. It similarly has no regard for human rights or intellectual property," Mangold-Lenett told Fox News Digital.

"Chinese leadership has no regard for agreements that could slow down its quest for destabilizing the world order and displacing the U.S. as hegemon. The U.S. should continue developing AI systems that ensure national security and advance our interests — our enemies will surely do the same."

The White House did not immediately respond to a Fox News request for comment.

Pedo-Joe received $40K in 'laundered China money' from brother in 2017: House Oversight Committee

@extragreen still living in denial and supporting the pedophile who supports pedophilia.

LINK: Rep James Comer says James Biden paid Pedo-Joe $40K as a 'loan repayment' after receiving funds from Coker Biden linked to China's CEFC

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said Pedo-Joe, in 2017, received $40,000 in "laundered China money" from the bank account of his brother and his sister-in-law in the form of a personal check, while claiming the president has "exposed himself to future blackmail" from Beijing.

Comer, R-Ky., detailed his findings Wednesday morning in a video posted to X. The findings come after Comer subpoenaed personal and business bank records belonging to both James Biden and Coker Biden as part of his investigation into the Biden Crime family’s business dealings and whether the president was involved.

"Remember when Pedo-Joe told the American people that his son didn’t make money in China? Well, not only did he lie about his son Coker making money in China, but it also turns out that $40,000 in laundered China money landed in Pedo-Joe’s bank account in the form of a personal check," Comer said. "And the Oversight Committee has it."

Comer said the "money trail" began in July 2017 when Coker Biden demanded a $10 million payment from a CEFC associate. In a WhatsApp message, he claimed "he was sitting with his father and that the Biden network would turn on his associate if he didn’t pony up the money," Comer explained.

Coker Biden in the WhatsApp message allegedly told a Chinese business associate from Chinese energy company CEFC that he and his father would ensure "you will regret not following my direction."

Coker requested the $10 million wire for his joint-venture with CEFC called SinoHawk Holdings.

"I am sitting here with my father, and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled," Coker Biden told Henry Zhao, the director of Chinese asset management firm Harvest Fund Management. "And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction."

Zhao responded, in part, "CEFC is willing to cooperate with the family."

Comer, in his video, said that Coker's "extortion scheme worked," noting that just days later, $5 million "flowed in from a Chinese affiliate of CEFC."

Comer, citing bank records he and his committee have obtained, said that on Aug. 8, 2017, the $5 million in funds were sent to Hudson West III, a joint-venture established by Coker Biden and CEFC associate Gongwen Dong. The same day, Hudson West III sent $400,000 to Owasco, P.C.— a separate entity controlled and owned by COker Biden, Comer said.

Days later, on Aug. 14, 2017, Coker Biden wired $150,000 to Lion Hall Group, a company owned by James Biden and his wife Sara Biden. By Aug. 28, 2017, Comer said Sara Biden withdrew $50,000 in cash from Lion Hall Group and later deposited it into her and James Biden’s personal checking account.

"A few days later, Sara Biden cut a check to Pedo-Joe for $40,000," Comer said, referring to the Sept. 3, 2017, check his committee obtained. "The memo line of the check said, ‘loan repayment.’"

Comer said that even if the check — which was 10% of the $400,000 sent to Coker's Owasco — was, in fact, a loan repayment, "it still shows how Pedo-Joe benefited from his family cashing in on his name — with money from China no less."

"Without his family peddling his name and his son threatening a CEFC associate with consequences that he said Pedo-Joe knew about, James wouldn’t have had the money to write the $40,000 check to his brother Pedo-Joe," Comer said, adding that the Biden Crime family’s business with CEFC began while Pedo-Joe was serving as vice president.

"In taking funds sourced to a CCP-linked company that wanted to advance China’s interests, Pedo-Joe exposed himself to future blackmail and put America’s interests behind his own desire for money," Comer said, vowing to "continue to follow the money" and to "hold Pedo-Joe accountable for his corruption."

While Pedo-Joe has maintained he was never in business with his son, text messages obtained by Fox News Digital back in 2020 revealed that in May 2017, he met with Coker's business associates for the Sinohawk venture — specifically, Tony Bobulinski. The meeting on May 2, 2017, would have taken place just 11 days before a May 13, 2017, email obtained by Fox News in 2020, which included a discussion of "remuneration packages" for six people in the business deal with CEFC.

The email includes a note that "Coker has some office expectations he will elaborate." A proposed equity split references "20" for "H" and "10 held by H for the big guy?" with no further details.

The "big guy" has been said to be a reference to Pedo-Joe.

Meanwhile, the committee also on Wednesday released its fourth bank records memo, revealing additional payments the committee has "traced" from "Chinese companies to Pedo-Joe."

So far, during his committee's investigation, Comer said he has found that Biden Crime family members, their business associates and their "related companies" received "significant payments from individuals and companies in China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Romania."

Comer said the House Oversight Committee has learned throughout its investigation that the Biden Crime family and their business associates brought in more than $24 million between 2014 and 2019 by "selling Pedo-Joe as ‘the brand’ around the world."

Meanwhile, last week, Comer said his panel had uncovered evidence that Pedo-Joe, in 2018, received a "$200,000 direct payment" in the form of a "personal check" from James Biden and Sara Biden. That check was also labeled "loan repayment."

Comer said that James Biden "received $600,000 in loans from Americore — a financially distressed and failing rural hospital operator."

"According to bankruptcy court documents, James Biden received these loans based upon representations that his last name Biden, could open doors; and that he could obtain a large investment from the Middle East based on his political connections," Comer said.

"On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account — not their business bank account," he continued. "And then, on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Pedo-Joe."

Comer said James Biden "wrote this check to Pedo-Joe as a ‘loan repayment.’"

"Americore — a distressed company — loaned money to James Biden, who then sent it to Pedo-Joe," Comer said.

The White House said the committee found that as a private citizen, the president loaned his brother his own money when his brother needed it, and after reviewing bank records, there is a record that he was repaid.

Fox News Digital has reached out to the White House for comment on Comer's latest allegations.

White House called out for letter to media urging 'scrutiny' on Pedo-Joe impeachment inquiry: 'Outrageous'

Where does Pedo-Joe think he is? China? In America, the media supposedly is a free press and not owned by the government.

Democrats, their policies and their bleaters are destroying our country

LINK: Letter feels like 'explicit instructions' on how to cover administration, one critic argues

The White House was forcefully criticized after they sent a letter calling on the media to increase "scrutiny" of House Republicans and their impeachment inquiry into Pedo-Joe.

Ian Sams, a Special Assistant to the President and spokesperson for the White House Counsel’s office, wrote the letter.

The White House urged media outlets to "ramp up their scrutiny" of House Republicans for opening an impeachment inquiry of Pedo-Joe in a sharp message to news organizations on Wednesday.

Republican Iowa Rep. Ashley Hinson called the letter "outrageous."

"Has the White House gotten so bold that they are brazenly telling the media to predetermine their coverage?" she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. "As a former reporter, this is outrageous. Republicans will follow the facts wherever they will lead. And the media should report the facts without bias."

Jonathan Turley, a FOX News legal analyst and George Washington University law professor, wrote that the Pedo-Joe White House's letter had an "uncomfortable feeling of marching orders to the media."

"It is a call for media to tailor the coverage to push the position of the White House against this effort to ramp up the investigation into corruption. It is an approach that is already embraced by many in the media," he wrote.

"The White House is now calling for the media to again form the wagons around the President and attack the impeachment effort as it did the laptop and the corruption investigation," Turley continued.

Turley added that the most concerning part of the letter was there was no concern over "making such an open pitch to the press."

"If this doesn’t demonstrate the contempt the White House and Democrats have for transparency and an honest press, I don’t know what does," North Carolina Rep. Greg Murphy wrote.

Indiana Rep. Rudy Yakym said the White House's move was "brazen."

"We know the media was going to run interference on trying to cover up for this president anyway. You just don’t expect the White House to be this brazen in admitting their collusion. Meanwhile, @HouseGOP will follow the facts wherever they lead," he said.

Others noted that the move was "not okay," and equated it to "communist bs."

GOP House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced a formal impeachment inquiry into Pedo-Joe on Tuesday and House Republicans "uncovered serious and credible allegations into Pedo-Joe's conduct."

"Today, I am directing our House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into Pedo-Joe," McCarthy announced in a statement at the Capitol Tuesday. "This logical next step will give our committees the full power to gather all the facts and answers for the American public."

Several people on X referred to the move as some kind of "marching orders"

Other members of Congress called out the letter as well, as Republican Virginia Rep. Bob Good described it as an "unseen" level of collusion between the media and Pedo-Joe.

The White House didn't return a request for comment.

Bobby Addison

Former Marshall defensive end Bobby Addison was shot and murdered recently in DC, which is where he grew up.

Bobby is probably best remembered by Marshall fans for breaking the jaw of the Liberty QB on a sack when he was a freshman and his off-the-field issues. He came into Marshall as a chiseled 6’4, 240 lbs. freak with extremely high potential, but he didn’t stay on the team for very long.

He was an elite high school swimmer, a great singing vocalist, and very religious. While I lived in DC, I spent some time with him, and he was still battling demons. He was as loyal as they get. It didn’t matter if during our time at Marshall or up until just a few years ago, if he ever thought I was done wrong by somebody or needed his help, he was willing to risk his well-being to right-the-wrong by his means.
