I don't know if anybody actually watched Matt Taibbi & Michael Shellenberger give their testimony to the House Congressional subcommittee, but it just reaffirms my belief our representatives are just shills. And this isn't an "only one side does it" post. I can't stand these tactics when either side does it - the whole, "I'm going to read a long question & demand you only answer with a yes or no answer" but holy shit, the democrats really made asses out of themselves. If you're going to watch it, watch the entire thing, not just snippets. Especially the questions from Delegate Stacey Plaskett, literally clueless Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia, & disgraced Congresswoman Debbie Schultz.

Taibbi is an award winning journalist (& a liberal), despite Plaskett's insane comments. Shellenberger ran as a democrat in California's governor race. Everyone knows the left loves censorship but to watch them go after journalists like this is eye opening.

Where does this thing stop?

Watching the American East final. I really like the conference tournament games being played on the home court of the better seed. Much better atmosphere and the regular season means more. Would lead to fewer upsets which means better teams in the NCAA tournament. It is important that these smaller leagues make a good impression on national tv when eyes are on them during the tournament/bubble watch time and that the leagues send their best to the big dance as that is where leagues can influence their perception.

Not sure how this basketball season is going to end but it sure is nice to be having such a good year. Here's to hoping we get hot in March and go dancing. For the record, DD deserves credit for a strong bounce back season

Can someone explain to me how having more footage/information is a bad thing? Chuck and Mitch (Tweedledee and Tweedledum) have both slammed him over the footage.
