Hey rifle, remember my thread about the Florida QB offer who rapped along the N word and they revoked his offer?

he was offered by HBCU Albany State. He used the N word rapping a song and Florida revokes his scholarship offer. HBCU offers him.

Former Florida quarterback commit Marcus Stokes, who had his offer revoked by the university after being caught on video rapping the N-word, has received a new offer from Albany State University, a HBCU (Historically Black College and University) in Georgia.

Mush Admin just lost in the Supreme Court 9-0.

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a ruling narrowing the federal government's authority regulating bodies of water and effectively upending a Biden administration policy that recently went into effect.

The high court's unanimous 9-0 decision, which was delivered by Justice Samuel Alito, rejected the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS). The case centered on Michael and Chantell Sackett, two Idaho residents whom the EPA prohibited from building a home near a wetland years ago, citing the Clean Waters Act (CWA) of 1972.

"The EPA ordered the Sacketts to restore the site, threatening penalties of over $40,000 per day," Alito's majority opinion stated. "The EPA classified the wetlands on the Sacketts’ lot as 'waters of the United States' because they were near a ditch that fed into a creek, which fed into Priest Lake, a navigable, intrastate lake. The Sacketts sued, alleging that their property was not 'waters of the United States.'"

The ruling ultimately held that the federal government's WOTUS definition must be restricted to a water source with a "continuous surface connection" to major bodies of water.

While the decision was unanimous on the merits, the court split 5-4 on determining how the federal government should go about defining water sources.

Ukraine is flirting with serious danger.

What this report below basically means is that Pro Ukrainian forces are conducting operations inside of Russia. This is dangerous. Ukraine is trying to say that it is by volunteers. This thing continues to grow deeper and deeper. Again, no real peace deals being pur forth or cease fires. Stay tuned to the F16 deal. Are we getting drug in deeper. Opertions inside of Russia are dangerous and can escalate things.

DEVELOPING: #Ukraine’s Directorate of Intelligence has announced that volunteer forces from the Freedom of Russia Legion and Russian Volunteer Corps have launched operations against #Belgorod, #Russia, to create a “security zone” and “liberate” areas along the border.

Fighting, as well as the presence of pro-Ukrainian forces, have been reported in Kozinka, Glotovo, Gora-Podol and Grayvonor. Shelling had also been reported.

Ukraine has also said that these operations are being carried out solely by Russian volunteers. Back in March, elements of the Russian Volunteer Corps carried out limited operations inside of Russia in #Bryansk.

Situation is developing. #AtlasNewsUpdateRussia

Spoke with Gary last night

He's doing well down there in Eastern Kentucky, and still learning how to breath right. Black lung acts up on occasion, but he's tougher than the average person.

Says he's flattered by all the many Sistersville profiles, but nobody can match his wisdom. He especially wanted me to thank rifle for bringing his name up so often, and says he hasn't felt this good since the time he saw you on TV during a BC-U game. Still upset that you didn't take his call after the game though, and hopes to connect with you in person one of these days. He mentioned that a photo op with him is much better than one with J-Zee or any of the other people you pay to get pictures with. He won't charge you a dime, but if you wear that romper, he won't do a photo with you. Think he bought you a UK shirt from Dollar General that he's been holding onto for you.

Lastly, wanted me to point out that it's not time to harvest the chronic, but he has some decent seedlings already popping up out of the ground, and many are off to wonderful starts.

Quote From Dan

This year we’re going to go play in a tournament in the Cayman Islands that has exposure,” Marshall coach Dan D’Antoni said. “We’re playing some Tier 1 teams and that gives you a much better chance of winning than playing them on their home court. We’re playing one game at a place where we get bought. We’re doing it this year, but I’m under the philosophy that if you’re getting bought you know your team hasn’t arrived yet. We’re going to schedule as many home games as we can. That means you have to buy some teams to come in here.”

I wonder who the buy game is?

My recruiting thread got locked.

I had a valid point of a recruit we should consider offering.

rifle stepped in and offered his opinion. Was it really that out of hand? Even with rifle's race card play we were still within the lines.

What was the big deal? There are some triggered folks around here.

I found a good article and a recruit we should look at. Can't even have a good discussion anymore.

I have to laugh at rifle. Been back one day and it already has me getting a thread locked We have a discussion about $3,700 suitcases. Videos of fancy lamps in a hotel somewhere. Property values. Cars. Birthing hips.

Hell, Michigan hasn't been here today.

White supremacist

Rams into the gate of the White House in a uhaul and supposedly stated he wanted to kidnap the president. Had a nazi flag and everything

Suddenly he has the charges downgraded?!?! What gives?
